NEW SUPPORT EMAIL: firstname.lastname@example.org
Only customer's billing email address can send email to email@example.com unless they have added you to their account. In the Customer HOME area look for CONTACTS. Under that, they can click ADD CONTACT to allow others who should be able to email support or log into the account.
We are excited to announce some significant upgrades to our system.
On November 18, 2021, we launched our NEW CUSTOMER SUPPORT HELP DESK. Our new support help desk is built into our WHMCS customer service software which has handled your invoicing and credit card processing for many years. You should already have an account there with a user name and password.
STARTING IMMEDIATELY IF YOU NEED SUPPORT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW!!
Once we have all of the areas of the new system set up and working, you will be able to do almost everything on your account including order and register domains, set up new website hosting, and most of our other Masscot services yourself here with a single login into your account.
